Would highly recommend a Visit to Physio HQ Ant for any form of physio work. I have been to Ant now numerous times over the years and he has helped me on the road to recovery giving me clear guidance on how I can help speed the process up and come back stronger. I’ve been for a couple of sports massages as well as the physio over the years to keep on top of any niggles, all of which have been great. Been to see Ant after pulling my back deadlifting, tearing my hamstring at football, and each time he’s laid out a clear stage by stage path to me for recovery, which has got me back doing what I love much quicker. To top it all off too, he’s a great guy too!! Highly recommend
Brilliant experience seeing Ant at Physio HQ since having my ACL reconstruction surgery in August. Ant is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to get the best results for you. Exercise plans are well laid out and easy to follow. I would highly recommend seeing Ant/Physio HQ!
Ant is the best in the business. I started visiting Ant around the end of May struggling to recover after ACL surgery, Ant’s brilliant advise pointed me towards shockwave therapy in which I had 3 sessions and was back playing football again. His knowledge and friendliness made me feel so at ease and he’s one of the most patient and kind people you will meet which helps put your mind at ease and trust in the recovery process, 10/10 wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I’ve being seeing Ant, since March this year. He wasn’t recommended, came across him on a google search and chose to make an appointment based on his reviews online. What a great choice I made, I have had problems running for over ten years. Couldn’t complete a run, regardless of the distance without my calf’s locking up. Through stretching and strength exercise programmes and diagnosing the issue Ant has got me back running again without injury. He has also helped me with my back and neck, when I’ve needed it. Genuine good man, good company and well worth a visit if you need a good physio.
I cannot say enough good things about Anthony at Physio HQ. I had a severe foot injury for 18 months prior to my 1st appointment. After my initial appointment I was referred to have a scan on my foot to get a full diagnosis. I then had 5 follow up appointments and a stretching program which has now enabled me to start running again which I never thought would be possible prior to the treatment. I wish I would have contacted Physio HQ sooner. Many thanks Anthony for a first class service and always with a smile at a very affordable price. Phil Hicken
I've been visiting Anthony on and off for the last few years, and must say, the service at Physio HQ is excellent. Fantastic friendly practice with excellent results. I was recommended Physio HQ by a friend, and again would highly recommend to others. Thanks for all your help over the last few years.
The help Ant gave me was great! He went through the specific exercises with me at the start of the program which helped me to carry these out on my own in the gym knowing I was doing them correctly. Would highly recommend!
My partner went to visit Ant because of a bad back. He spent so much time trying to find the cause of the pain and how to relieve it. It really really helped and would recommend to anyone. Also a very friendly, welcoming man. 10/10.
Cannot recommend Physio HQ enough. I've seen Ant for years now and he's helped me get through various running related injuries through treatment, expert advice and rehabilitation, including shock wave therapy, acupuncture, massage, manipulation and exercises. I now make sure I book in monthly to keep the niggles at bay. I've recommended numerous friends and acquaintances to Physio HQ, all of whom have been impressed by the professional service they've received.
I’ve been to see Ant with a few injuries I’ve picked up while running. I find Ant very knowledgable on runners injuries and he’s quick in getting to both the cause and the way forward to address the problem. His workplace is ideally placed giving him easy access to gym equipment which he can use to help with the rehabilitation. He also gives very useful advice and recovery programs that can be carried out at home. He has helped me clear up my own injuries fairly quickly, and given invaluable advice on ways to prevent reoccurrence. I always recommend Ant to any of my running friends who develop similar injuries to those that I have had.
