I recently completed a series of physiotherapy sessions with Stefan and I would highly recommend him to others. My injury was not sports related however this really worked for me.
Stefan was always very focused and  attentive    
throughout every session explaning his reasons for the exercises. I highly recommend  him.

I would not hesitate to recommend Stefan & Seven Hills Physiotherapy, he was very personable, I felt comfortable in every session. He offered various times for the sessions which made it much easier to attend, I am now fully recovered and back to going to the gym. Excellent physio I would definitely use again. Thank you.

I highly recommend Stefan from Seven Hills Physio. He is professional and knowledgeable in his field but friendly too. The way he described and explained the problem and treatment to me was jargon-free and clear. Most importantly of all, after my third session I am completely free of pain and discomfort and have regained flexibility in the area.
