So rude customer service. I was waiting for my turn with clutches as my leg is broken. My turn came but shop person assisted someone else who came after me. I just walked away without buying any as this is not the first time to have poor customer service here. I usually go to the shop located the opposite but did not do so today as it’s difficult for me to walk with clutches. But going forward, I will never come here, will always go to the opposite shop where cake is a lot better and fresher.

Ordered a £ 50 cake 1 week in advance for a child's birthday party. On the day the cake was not ready for collection at the pre arranged time. I was required to pay the ballance but despite being told waite a couple of minutes, after 10 minutes had to leave as the itenary required me to collect items from other suppliers. I hour later my wife attended to collect the cake. This time it was ready but not at all the cake we ordered.I called in the following evening & asked to see the manager, Miled, who was not in. I left my name & number but I never heard from them again. Poor show

They had been the first on Sangak bread but unfortunately their quality dropped.

Recently bought a cake from here, visually look amazing, but the sponge was terrible, cost me 20 pounds, never again will I be going to this place!!!!!! 😡 😡
