Not great service to start with when ordering the cake, the staff member wasn't the most pleasant, was rushed and it felt like she was doing me a favour by taking the order. The cake itself tasted good, was fresh and was priced well. The writing on the other hand looks like it's been done by a 4 year old. I didn't realise that it was a thing to mix upper and lower case letters. It cost an extra £3.50 to have the writing so there was no point in complaining. Just thought I'd let others see what mess to expect. Pretty shabby to say the least.

Horrendous service, staff have no clue what they are doing, even after pointing out their many errors with my order the rude waitress had the audacity to shout over me on the phone, the manager didn't want to listen and just talked over me, they placed our cake in a box which was far too small resulting in a squashed and ruined cake and had refused to provide a bag for the box . Many other patisserie's in the area that are more deserving of your money and who would actually appreciate your custom. Avoid!

Went in for breakfast. Moderately busy. After 10 minutes still hadn't been offered a menu. When a waitress finally did come over, it was only to ask me to move my pram. Still no menu offered! Asked to speak to the manager, who apparently wasn't there. Gave up and left, very disappointed.

I don't usually bother writing negative reviews but the service here was an unfriendliness spectacular.. It's like sketch comedy bad. I ain't hard to please when it comes to service but the pair of dour rude staff made the mediocre food and coffee taste even crummier. Asked for some tabasco sauce for my eggs, got a stare as if I'd asked them to open the cash register so I could relieve myself in it, followed by a would-be withering and smirky response. Is expecting a breakfast place to have tabasco sauce that rare and controversial people. I understand serving bland food and bad coffee in a soulless atmosphere must be a downer but taking it out on those unlucky enough to stray into your lair isn't gonna help

Decent food at very reasonable prices. The setting is great but staff a little surly.
