A fab weekend stay. Location is perfect, tranquil with amazing views. Really close to lots of attractions and a 20 min drive into York city. Staff are so friendly and the games room and coffee shop were a massive hit. Thank you for a fab stay. We will definitely be back xxx

Just back from York house, stayed for 4 nights with my daughter, we both loved it a really nice relaxing base to come back to every night, couldn't have asked for any more, all employees really friendly and the girls in the coffee shop so polite, would definitely return for a nice relaxing break, thank you

Stunning place and very peaceful! Just had a week there with the kids and they loved it. Great location too (close to Thirsk, Ripon, Helmsley etc) so is a fantastic hub for exploring North Yorkshire. Top tip: Old Barn coffee shop does a great breakfast (and nice coffee!) and nearby Kilburn is well worth a visit!

Tractors and bull dossiers out from 8 am even on weekends management don't care just want your money people up early hours drinking staf don't have licence to drive machines they come across as nice but so false dogs on site shifting nobody's bothered charge you council tax but you don't have postal address it's a con
