The food is good, the service is pretty quick and the staff are usually welcoming and friendly. The menu selection is excellent but I wish that they put the simpler dishes like the cucumber maki on the belt like they used to as it all has to be special ordered now. They seem to only put the more obscure dishes on the belt which just spend hours going round and round because nobody wants them. Still, I guess when it's freshly made to order it's nicer than something that has spent an age on the belt so I can't complain. But really, we go regularly and it's always a great experience. And there's great choice even for a vegetarian like me!

The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. HOWEVER the waiting time for food (at least when I went) was extremely slow and the sushi and California roll were a joke. I definitely wouldn't recommend this Yo Sushi if I'm honest.

Staff are smiley, caring and helpful. Food is delivered quickly, looking great and tasting amazing. Perfect place for any occasion and any meal!

Gone down hill a lot, novelty trains do not make up for no food. Used to be really good but has changed manager several times and food not as good so did not go for a year and visited recently. They were out of stock of nearly everything and the staff were very dishonest to us when we booked, so we left and ate elsewhere. I complained to head office for the second time about this restaurant and heard nothing. Yo sushi have lost a loyal local customer. UPDATE: I was stuck for a place to go with my brother so gave them one last try. Ordered terriyaki beef which came out 'carbonated' It was inedible it was so over cooked. I made a complaint about it and then saw another portion of it cooked the same and had to call her over to ask why it was back on the track if was cooked the same way as mine, I even asked her to try it to see if she thought it was acceptable and she only then realised how badly overcooked it was. How anyone can be satisfied with this place is utterly beyond me, maybe they have had very little experience of decent Japenese food.
