Wow...Didn't think it possible for the service to be any worse. But this place has surpassed it's own shoddy standards. The new layout is a little confusing at first. Not helped by the white shirts I.e supervisors/managers barking instructions at customers. My personal experience is that the service is chaotic and rude...if it wasn't for the fact that my niece loves their chicken nuggets..I would never go there...

Just because I have come in for food at 1am doesn’t mean I am drunk and can’t taste what I’m eating. Service should be consistent! Chicken burger had obviously been cooking under the hot lamp for a good while...mmmmm crispy!

Terrible restaurant always busy sometimes queuing outside the door, service is appalling. Next time I feel peckish I'm not going there. The food is horrible way over hyped even the Coca-Cola tastes terrible I would rather have it from a bottle. There's a reason they can sell you food that cheap.

Bought Italian Pepperoni Stack but it came without any pepperoni. I showed the burger to a lady behind the counter and said that it had no pepperoni, she pointed at the beef patty (touching my burger!!!) and said "This is pepperoni!" To top this, the salad leaves on my burger weren't fresh. Won't be eating here again.

Dreadful new system in place, total chaos and really bad layout of new refit. More staff on the shop floor badgering you to pay by machine so noisy you can't then hear the numbers being called . Management having a go at staff on the shop floor in front of customers. Then the food was cold! Won't be back!
