Great value for money. Really healthy portions of Sunday roast with nice selection of vegs and meats. Huge garden and great green location in the middle of the village. Pub is big and spacy so doesn't feel crowded even when it's full.
Wonderful atmosphere, great food, and very friendly staff. My only complaint is that the men's toilet's smell a bit, but besides that everything else is great. The staff are always extra helpful, which makes visits here an enjoyable experience. It's a very pretty pub outside in the summer, too.
First time in many years we went out for a drink and dinner. First impression was OMG . Great atmosphere, well laid out, bar staff very helpful. Had a lovely meal will be booking a family boxing day meal. Am sure that we will have a great time

Very disappointed this evening. Booked table and sat down. Ordered drinks via the app and told drink not available. Chose another drink which quickly came to table. Then it got worse... went to order food via the app only to find meals out of stock. After 6 attempts to order different meal I gave up and we left. All out of stock. Gone down hill over last year with meals not being in stock? Don't know who supplier is but never have problem with other Green King pubs. Very disappointed tonight... Such a shame as staff always friendly and live in village but just lately we are better off going elsewhere.
Very welcoming, pleasant staff. Very warm environment, clean and well presented. Food was amazing and great value. Quality food, well kept beers and great hospitality. Well worth a visit!
Good honest food at reasonable prices. Beer choice not good as normal because they had run stocks down ready to close for a few days for roof repairs, but understandable. Could have been a bit warmer, so dress accordingly!
I had christmas day/ lunch with friends and family here , it was amazing. Congratulations to the chef for making my Christmas lunch from start to finish delightful. The staff waiters and waitresses couldnt have been more obliging and after all 'who really wants to work on Christmas day? ' But these guys were happy, and helpful and smiled from the 'get go.' Nothing was too much trouble. My granddaughter has a dairy allergy and all of that was taken into consideration and addressed through out the service of all foods. Thank you to everyone at the Yeoman Northampton for a great Christmas lunch.
A very nice place to be with very friendly staff. Nice food as well. I love the place so much. Always book appointments and have never been disappointed.
Probably the best pub in all of northamptonshire. The atmosphere is always incredible thanks to the amazing staff - such as Rob - who do a faultless job of looking after his patrons. The food is fantastic, in summer there is an incredible amount of outdoor seating, the drinks and culture of the pub is exactly what you want from an English pub. Always, it will be the staf that keep you coming back, amazing team led by Rob, they make you feel special and welcomed. I would recommned to everyone to try here.
