I'd not used this Taxi firm before, but will definitely be using them again. Very punctual, lovely clean vehicles, And the Driver was so polite and made conversation with the passenger. Thank you so much yellow Cars, you've made yourself a new customer.
The drivers are lovely but the actual service is horrendous. My taxi was booked 12 hours in advance and yet it was 10 minutes late and still said no driver assigned. I called the operators and asked about it and they said it was pulling in to the village. It wasn't because it doesn't take as long as that and I was already made late for work by it being late despite 12hours notice. So I said I wouldn't pay the FULL fare because the taxi was going to be 15 minutes late at minimum and I was late for work. So they cancelled my taxi absolutely ridiculous. Taxi office were very rude on the phone and twisted words saying I'd refuse to pay at all.
Seyed was a brilliant driver. Full of fun and whilst driving us home safely. I hope we have him again next time!

At the last minute, I was let down on a lift to work in the early hours of this morning. Phoned a couple of taxi firms but none available. Usually use yellow cars first but lately they've been extremely busy so thought they'd have nothing available. So with 20 mins left before I started work, I phoned them & explained the situatuon. The receptionist couldn't of been more helpful! Within 5 mins a taxi arrived & I made it to work on time. I don't know the name of the receptionist or the driver but you two saved the day! Thank you so much!

Seyed was very polite and my 8 year old granddaughter loves him she says he is one of the best drivers in yellow cars she has a laugh with him he is one of the best and also can I just say that all the recepitonsts and all the other drivers r brilliant and also there cars r clean and smell nice u cant fault them they r the best taxi firm in wrexham believe me because once u start using them u will use them all the time I use them 6 days a week and I gave them 10/10

Called as my 15 year old daughter through no fault of her own was stuck in llan after bus times. The receptionist said we don’t pick up in llan, I said it’s my 15 year old daughter, I’ll pay you before hand. She said you could give me a million we won’t do it! What sort of taxi company refuses up front cost for a pick up of a 15 year old child?! What sort of taxi company won’t pick up a child with upfront payment?! EDIT… As for the reply from the owner I had offered to pay in advance for the taxi journey cost so if the driver got there and there was no one there I would already have paid so the no show point is invalid! Also there is no taxi firm in Llangollen!
