The drivers are on time but the receptionist lady on the line is very very rude, talking to her for 1 minute can ruin your day. It was like she is forced to take the job.

I was informed by the staff they wouldn't be able to pick my kid from school and they cancelling the trip. What a joke of a company is that? I have booked 3 days in advance. wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Got a taxi home at 4:50am on my own, wasn’t really that drunk but the guy tried ripping me off. He said it was £6.00 for my ride so I handed him £20.00 and he said “have you got a pound” so I handed a pound over and he gave me £10.00 change and then started to drive. I didn’t say anything until I got to my destination but soon as I did I said, “thanks, and the rest of my change please..” he quickly said “ oh yeah, I couldn’t find it before” and handed my £5.00 without question. Funny how my found £10.00 and not 15...
Driver was friendly but the woman on the phone was so rude i was left gobsmacked, had an absolute stinking attitude and had no manners, WILL NEVER PHONE CRESTA CABS AGAIN!!

Crests are fabulous, they are reliable, friendly, helpful and great value for money, I never get the usual "he is just around the corner" nonsense and will always be told truthfully if my request for a taxi cant be met! I would recommend Crests to anyone, the drivers are a good bunch as well as the ladies and Leon on the switch!
VERY rude driver,over charged after being told over the phone the price
Taxi claimed to have arrived at pick up point however they were at the wrong address, then told can't get a taxi for another 50mins. Poor service beyond belief. Not recommended at all. Thanks for leaving me stranded, single woman traveling alone
