Ridiculously poor service. Asked for a cab and was told that they cannot do any service because it's "school time". But then I then asked if they could suggest an alternative company in the area, and they refused, in a very rude manner! What awful service! I would recommend Apollo over these people, who said they could offer one for 4pm, and would suggest alternatives - and much more pleasant!

Do not use this company as you will be ripped off!! Booked taxi last night for New Years Eve to be taken to our local pub which is 1.2 miles away and then to be collected at the end of the evening and taken back home, so 2.4 miles in total... Collected on time and taken to pub and charged £35 for both journeys which we had to pay up front, no real problem with that.....price would normally be £12 though for same journeys... But New Years Eve so you swallow that. Collected at correct time and advised that he had missed quoted and actually wanted another £17.50!! £52.50 for 2.4 miles.........total rip-off, outrageous! DISGUSTING!

Used to use these all the time but not any more! Constantly being charged different fares by different drivers. My last journey should of taken literally 7 minutes & avoided town altogether, instead it took 20. But first i had to walk down the street as he decided not to park outside the house. Then the driver decided to ignore his sat nav & go through town hitting all the traffic. As we arrived into my street I tried to tell him where to stop but he was talking on his phone to taxi receptionist. He almost went past my house til i said here! When he stopped talking he pulled over & rudely said I should of told him where to stop then told me it was £6.50. I said no, it's £5 or £5.50. He argued saying price had gone up over Xmas. I said I know as it used to be £4.50 & now we get charged between £5 or £5.50. I said i was going to phone the office but he got stroppy & said he would do it. He did & woman in the office said her manager told her its £7! So now prices have almost doubled. App uninstalled & changed to a cheaper friendlier firm that charges 1 price, no matter which driver it is & takes you the quick route. No wonder people pulled a face when I say what taxi firm I'd booked with, I now see why

Booked a 6 seater for a journey that normally costs £7 in a car...or normal taxi firm didn't have a six seater available so used Wrexham prestige. Half way there the driver says it's £21!! Total rip off...on way home used normal taxi firm and for another 6 seater the same journey was £10.50.... Beware the most expensive taxi firm in Wrexham....avoid!!

Absolutely terrible experience. Driver turned up nearly 2 hours late for an airport run for 12 people. Office and Driver lied about there being an accident on the motorway. There was no accident as we asked another driver from the same place. Driver was then abusive when questioned after he turned up.
