This review is specifically for Renewing my Passport and also often pop in to send prepaid Letters & Parcels, Staff provided absolutely first-class customer service. I can not thank her enough for the support and professionalism showed She assisted me so well and was so polite. 10/10 for her customer service. She deserves a recognition as she went over the top to help and made everything seem so simple . Many thanks indeed. I want to say a massive thank you to the Yeadon Post Office on high street ,1 Cliffe Court, High Street, Yeadon, Leeds LS19 7YU Absolutely amazing 3 ladies that work there ! they're always ready to help you and always with a smile,and !wow people like that nowadays is hard to find ,and bless them they deal with everyone,nothing seem,s to be too difficult for them second to none service ! Went into the Yeadon Post Office for some passport and other services, and to my surprise I was served by the lovely and gorgeous staff member Taz whom I've known from another post office. She provided the service with efficency and professionalism! One thing is for sure Taz is a great addition to Yeadon Post Office, she has always got a smile on her face and friendly to the customers. I will definitely be using this Post Office in the future as the staff are lovely and professional.
I love Yeadon Post office. All the staff are so friendly and helpful with anything you need. Always a pleasure to go in and have a good chit chat with the staff who go above and beyond for their customers.
Mehwish and The staff at Yeadon Post Office are amazing. We use them on a daily basis for the business and nothing is too much of an issue for them. Always smiling and always happy to help. They're a credit to the post office
Brilliant service today at Yeadon Post Office. Taz took me through the passport application process in double quick time. Just fingers crossed that strikes and Christmas don’t delay things!
Ordinarily I have found this post office to be very helpful, efficient and staff well-mannered but not today. Today, I escorted someone to the post office who had received a text from DPD that the parcel was available. for collection. The text/email said the parcel was to be collected at Yeadon and did not refer to any form of identification needed, just the text and bar code. The cashier advised that identification was needed and seemed to be a bit annoyed when asked if someone else could collect on their behalf as they did not have the identification on them at the time. They were told no quite abruptly. An hour later we returned with ID and the required bar code to collect the item. This time, we were not asked for any ID whatsoever, we were even told that ID was not required, only the bar code. This was a waste of time for everyone involved and the tone taken by the cashier indicated lack of training, poor attitude or racial profiling. Hopefully this will not be seen again by staff members.
I went here to renew my passport, I had never done it myself before so didn’t really know what to do. The lovely woman behind the desk Taz was wonderful. She went through the process with me, took my new photo and imputed my data onto the form making the process much better. Thank you Taz
Had an appointment to set up a new passport and was able to sort two within forty minutes. The customer service was efficient, polite, friendly, straightforward and effective.
Came to this post office to get my passport renewed. I didn't realise you needed to make an appointment for this service. Mehwish and Taz fitted me in then and there. Great service, very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend thank you
Thank you so much Taz at Yeadon Post Office. After booking a last min holiday and then realising I didn’t have long left on my passport I went in. Normally you need an appointment for passport renewal, form filled out and photo etc but Taz heard my conversation and although she was just about to go on dinner she sorted out my application etc to ensure I got everything sent off before the postal strikes. It was so kind of her and I’m very grateful! Thanks again x
