Super quick and efficient service. The servers are always kind and happy to help, I've never had any issues here at all.
I would like to start with the ladies who work here they are lovely !! But the guy is rude shouts at you for no reason and makes you feel awful. Does he not know the saying Be Kind !!
The first time I attended I was seen by a lovely lady who attended to my wishes very efficiently however on my next visit I got the elderly man and I have to say his customer service is appalling. He threw my ID card at me and couldn't work out the gas/electricity till so made an excuse that I needed to come back. I found his behaviour degrading and arrogant and should not be there to see to customer needs. Lack of customer service skills to say the least.
Parcelforce let me down but Ali kept in touch and rung me to give refund and patiently waited over a week for a different courier to collect a very large parcel that he held for me. Definitely went above and beyond - Excellent customer service -Thank you!
The man at the cashier behind the glass window of the post office who wears glasses called Ali works there regularly, has very poor customer service manners. He always rushes the customer for no reason even when it's not busy, he's all over the place and makes the customer panic and then he talks to the customer in a patronising way as if they've never seen or filled a form in. He’s very rude, and doesn’t know how to speak to a customer properly.
Really really poor customer relation skills from the woman working tues 19th sept 3.30pm no help given, rude, somehow turned what was a simple request into a painful experience. What on earth are you doing to treat normal people like this.
Posed opening hours are wrong. It’s not 9.00 am but 9.30

Really surprised by the reviews! I’ve been using this post office on & off for the last 2 years and have had a good experience. I’m an online seller so have had to do a lot of post office trips. The staff are friendly and the gentleman that usually is there most days is very knowledgeable, friendly & answers any questions I have in a friendly manner

The lady who works here is very helpful unlike her male colleague who is utterly unpleasant, frustrating and unhelpful.
