After queuing outside for over 20 minutes and being told I would be served in 10 part way through the queue, when I reached the door I was told they weren’t letting any more people in to the building and it was closed. Even though it was an hour before advertised closing on the Royal Mail website. Absolutely atrocious service.
Lost my parcel that was delivered there. Managed to lose it within 2 hours so I applaud them for being so quick at losing it.
The Irish man is the rudest person I’ve ever been served by. I really hope he enjoys being such a horrible human.
Arrived before 4. The rude old lady at the door refused entry to three of us because it was closing time despite it not even being five to 4.
They're nice but they need a special lane for passport business. I had to stand for 35 minutes to return my parcel, which basically is pretty much *Beep* and Bye.
Just sorted a passport application with a very helpful lady named Joanne. She was extremely helpful and sorted everything quickly and efficiently. Thanks Joanne!
