Ye Olde Rose & Crown Theatre Pub

Popped in here before going to see a dear friend, overall a good relaxed experience, was here in the week and around midday so obviously not too busy , but you can see by the layout that the place is set up for live music etc . And I bet it's a good venue. The music playing when I was there was spot on and it more than did the job.

It's a great pub really, buy the upstairs theatre area is awful when it doubles as additional seating during the pandemic. Go here and enjoy a great pub, just don't sit upstairs until this is all over.

Great traditional pub. Very friendly staff and always a nice relaxing atmosphere. Cheap decent beer. New beers/ales every week. The two I tried this week Tod's Blonde and Drovers were both beautiful.

An absolute pleasure to have a drink here, staff are wonderful and the prices are good too

Proper pub. Good range of real ales and good service

Beer ok. But every aspect is covid clobbered
