I like this pub! We've lived here for 20 years and have only just tried here. New owners I believe and refurbished. Great for a quiet night catching up with other friends who are just at the stage of life to leave teenagers home alone and want to be back at reasonable time! Good chin wag. Not loud, but not deathly quiet either. Nice atmosphere.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Easy to talk with friends without shouting. Excellent choice of pub food and everyone we were with enjoyed their meals, along with the lovely puddings. All meals are decently price and none of us had to wait too long before meal arrived. All in all, an excellent evening with friends.

Just had a beautiful lunch here. What a pleasant surprise. Very nicely laid out restaurant. Immaculate toilets. Food very substantial and tasty. Plenty of parking. I will definitely come back and have no hesitation recommending this place.

Lovely welcoming pub. Quiet (but it was a Monday night!)) But very nice atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. Would happily visit again

Costs are very reasonable, I didn't eat last time I went (unfortunately) but have eaten here before and the food is always first class, with amazing service. Very friendly and welcoming. I stayed for the karaoke night this time round. Was a great laugh, recommended this place thoroughly to others 😊
