Used to be kid friendly having been here load of times with my early teenage kids to watch the football. Today we were moved twice from where we sat and playing pool being told they only have a licence for kids in the restaurant area where there was nowhere to sit anyway. Second time we were asked to move was particularly impolite. Will go elsewhere in future.

Horrendous customer service from the manager and the landlady and this was the chicken which was served to my partner only 7 weeks after having our son. I don't want to think what could of happened if this was before we had him. As we didn't feel the manager or landlady took this seriously enough we spoke to head office and was only pied off with an apology. To be honest wasn't good enough. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else as could cause serious damage.
