Great fish and chips right on the seafront. Not too greasy. Right amount of chips. Reasonably priced... About £7 for big cod & chips.
Good food and good quality- place looks clean and customer service is fantastic - great place for family in eat- they have halal option which was great too
Good quality fish and chips, good selection and well cooked. Good views of the seafront. Parking along the front, probably a bit difficult to park when in peak season. Table service, good selection of drinks and all at a very reasonable price. Would recommend a visit.
The plaice didn't taste nice but the chips were nice and the staff are friendly. Sauce and vinegar bottles bit greasy to the touch
After eating here on Aug 1, I absolutely understand the name. The fish was old and grey the oil was old. I feel a bit sick. I’d say this is potentially the worst fish and chips experience in my life and I’m sad cos the other reviews are so good... Avoid. The food was literally gross.
Great chip shop. One of the best along the seafront...have used it many times... good value fried nice & staff friendly.
Fish and chips on the sea front, what's not to like? The weather was fantastic but we wanted to sit indoors. Freshly cooked, decent portions and the obligatory mushy peas - nuclear hot - out of the microwave! We will be back!
Best chips l had in the whole of 2017. Didn't like the sausage though. Very popular sea front food. In my opinion the best chips on the sea front.
Authentic English fish and chips in a great location close to the sea side. Food was fantastic.
