Visited today, the owner was so polite and customer focused. The doughnuts cooked fresh was beautiful and the hot chocolate was amazing. Even supplied our dog with a bowl of water and gave our kids a lollipop each. Loved this place and would pick over the bigger cafes any day.

Excellent customer service and care, very friendly and helpful. Nice bit of food, just a shame we couldn't eat in due to restrictions. Will definitely eat here again. Thank you

Fab location right opposite the pier. Lovely place to sit and soak up the sun and people watch : Not sure if the waiter is the manager or not but he's just the nicest guy, certainly service with a smile. Lovely coffee too

Nicest staff ever. Each booth fits two people opposite each other company, so it’s a little smaller than it looks at first. However, the food was fresh, fried and exactly what we wanted.

Cycled from Hertfordshire to Southend and stopped at Café Rebecca. The staff were very welcoming and the food was great! Nice place to stop for a snack!!
