A very rare service by DR Swati though it was tough to book an appointment initially. But I was amazed to see Dr Swati. She’s great listener and very amazing approach as a doctor. We’re definitely need more people like her in the NHS.
Parking can sometimes be busy depending on the time of day and how busy the surgery is, you can always park a little further away and walk back.nGreat Dr's surgery with a big team of doctors and nurses on call to help you with your problems. This is a great place, if you need an emergency appointment then you will need to call at 0830 and they get you seen by a Dr, if it's a bigger emergency then you should be going to an a and e department at a hospital. Always friendly helpful doctors, nurses and receptionist.nThere is a blood pressure machine in the waiting room, magazines and some books for children.nWell done NHS, great work and thanks so much for all your help, all the time.nRegards
The health care professionals are always so friendly and answer any questions. The reception staff have always been very kind and patient, including to those often giving them lots of criticism on the phone or at the counter! I feel very lucky to be registered at this surgery.
Never in my life with any GP surgery had to wait 2 weeks for a phone appointment with a GP . Thought the anima would be better which you get a reply quickly but as soon as you need to be seen 2 or 3 week late . It’s not that highly a populated area so no need, I’ve been in for an appointment before as has my family and there no one waiting it’s empty , what’s going on ? Worst GP practise for seeing a GP I’ve ever experienced.
Apparently your mental health is not urgent …. Great people skills
