Rude and unhelpful with cancer-related check-up, no advice on where to take issue other than A&E despite non-emergency and knowing full well this type of issue is not covered by A&E. Passing issue along in the health care system, no patient care focus. Very disappointed and positively dangerous approach to potentially life-threatening issue
Rude receptionists and can never speak to a doctor. No point in having a set GP because you have to see a different one each time just to get an appointment. Was bad before but worse since merging with the other 2 surgeries.
Parking can sometimes be busy depending on the time of day and how busy the surgery is, you can always park a little further away and walk back. Great Dr's surgery with a big team of doctors and nurses on call to help you with your problems. This is a great place, if you need an emergency appointment then you will need to call at 0830 and they get you seen by a Dr, if it's a bigger emergency then you should be going to an a and e department at a hospital. Always friendly helpful doctors, nurses and receptionist. There is a blood pressure machine in the waiting room, magazines and some books for children. Well done NHS, great work and thanks so much for all your help, all the time. Regards
Fantastic GP surgery, called up about my newborn and able to get an call back quickly and face to face appointment
Doctors nurses & staff go above & beyond to help Always friendly The reception staff are very helpful & do their best to get you booked in quickly Your all a credit to the NHS Thankyou
Honestly one of the best Doctors I have ever had . We have been with them for 9 years now and do not have a negative thing to say about them. Take the bad reviews with a pinch of salt, keyboard warriors are to quick to spread negativity and too slow to praise. A great service
My mother has just come out of hospital today after a fall at 3am this morning and having a head injury. I called the surgery which took more than 17 minutes to answer after trying the two numbers for both surgeries. I asked if she could have an appointment to see the doctor as her blood pressure was very high and she had low potassium and was told the earliest date was over a weeks time. We took this appointment however maybe we need a walk in centre as maybe seen then even if you have to wait all day. I love the NHS personally but do feel this is why so many people go straight to A&E to get seen. Sorry but feel i had to say something.
I should say that everyone I have met at the practice is warm, welcoming and helpful but sadly, from my perspective, it is failing in its duty to provide primary health care. I have been sick for three weeks and in that time seen four separate doctors. All are happy to guess my ailment based on little more than a pulse, blood pressure and conversation and to prescribe drugs to fix it. They make no tests. No blood, no urine, no samples, no swabs, no nothing and they keep failing! Each appointment lasts for minutes. There is no continuity of treatment. When the latest drug failed I called back, still suffering, for an appointment with my GP. Waiting time? 11 days! After three weeks of being sick I have to wait 11 days to see my own GP. This is place where you need to anticipate your sickness almost two weeks in advance.
Woeful! 2-3 weeks for an appointment. Every repeat prescription request is late and needs chasing until it’s done takes over a week most times. Do you understand the problems you are causing people?!?!? Utter incompetence! I work and if I go to the chemist a week after ordering my prescription I expect it to be there! Most of the time it’s not so I have to go to the surgery to see where my prescription is, more often than not you haven’t done it which means I have to wait and go back to the chemist another day.... sort it out!!! NHS has gone.....
Called three times waiting for over an hour in total for my call to be answered. According to receptionist my call was caught in a loop each time! Receptionist also extremely unhelpful Strangely under 18’s cannot complete the econsult form to obtain an appointment, so has to be actioned by parent/other which is not a problem but is when same parent then can not confirm appointment details as child is 16!
