Really bad experience I've had yesterday. I've booked a blood test about two weeks ago on NHS app and yesterday when I've reached there, the lady who supposed to do the blood test said she can't do it, because first I need to see the doctor. Why they didn't call and let me know about it? I went to the receptionist and she said the first available date is 4th of December. I hope so I'm going to find another GP more professional than this one. Most of the time , I'm receiving messages from them, they are not available, they are doing trainings, what kind of training, God knows. Really disappointed .
The worst .nMy first disappointment was 1 week ago whennDr Dalia Hasan call my son autistic only because he dont speak when we was ther for something elsenSecond was Dr Nazia Mukadam I had a appointment for my daughter and she told me she needs a blood test and she is sending me the link for that but never mentioned me I need to take a report .I was in hospital for blood test and she said to me we can't do without it .but she can wait so just call the GP and ask them to send the email .when I call gp they told me that doctor she hasn't put nothing in my daughter notes about it .we missed the school time I need to find someone for looking after my 2 littles only for someone mistaken now my daughter needs to go back again there.nThe only good things in that gp are the reception lady's .
I think that the clinical staff are OK but the admin and management side is desperately needing. I have felt frustrated whenever trying to interact for a few years. I also feel that my confidential medical records are visible to people on the management side that I don't want to have access to them.
I just enrolled with this GP practice, but maybe I should have considered the reviews before. A lady working at reception just called me offering me just one slot for an important appointment which might need an operation. As I was working on that day I told her I couldn’t do it and I asked her for another option I had already taken a day off on Thursday, the day before, for another appointment I had with the same GP practice, I can’t take 2 days in a row off for GP appointments. She told me she couldn’t offer me any other option as she already did and I refused it and it’s take it or leave it and the only one they can offer for the rest of the year.nnReception needs a sensitivity training. This is not how you talk and deal with sick people! I will find another Gp practice for me. Thanks, but no thanks.nnEdit post your response: Did you listen to today's call? I think you did not :. I asked the person calling me if she can book me in May, June or on any other month this year and she said NO - reason being she already offered a date and I refused the appointment. Because I have a full time job.... I was called earlier this week and I was at work, then I called back and nobody knew why I called back???
Very good surgery.nnTo start with, the receptionist Nila is very friendly and welcoming. In fact every member of staff in the surgery are very professional.nnMy GP, is so understanding. He listens to what I have to say. Gives me undecided attention and makes me feel confident about my condition.nnThe phlebotomists, I’ve met are great.nnGreat place and parking.nnOn the downside, it’s not easy to get to on public transport.
