Excellent experience so far. Just joined and have already had 2 appointments. Both appointments were within 2 weeks of contacting the doctors. Last one I saw Dr Hasan who was the loveliest doctor, so professional, thorough and talked me through everything in loads of detail so I completely understood. I left feeling so much better. Saying to my partner what a lovely experience that was and what a great doctor Dr Hasan is.
Earlier this year my mum contacted the surgery as she had been suffering severe back pain, was taking regular pain relief but still not able to sleep. On contacting the surgery she was referred for physio. She then attended her diabetic appt with Dr M & said she was concerned about the pain coming from her back round towards her chest where she had previously had breast cancer. This GP dismissed her as she was there for a diabetic review. After my own intervention my mum was diagnosed with metastatic bone cancer. What a shocking service from a GP!!!
Really bad experience I've had yesterday. I've booked a blood test about two weeks ago on NHS app and yesterday when I've reached there, the lady who supposed to do the blood test said she can't do it, because first I need to see the doctor. Why they didn't call and let me know about it? I went to the receptionist and she said the first available date is 4th of December. I hope so I'm going to find another GP more professional than this one. Most of the time , I'm receiving messages from them, they are not available, they are doing trainings, what kind of training, God knows. Really disappointed .
The worst .nMy first disappointment was 1 week ago whennDr Dalia Hasan call my son autistic only because he dont speak when we was ther for something elsenSecond was Dr Nazia Mukadam I had a appointment for my daughter and she told me she needs a blood test and she is sending me the link for that but never mentioned me I need to take a report .I was in hospital for blood test and she said to me we can't do without it .but she can wait so just call the GP and ask them to send the email .when I call gp they told me that doctor she hasn't put nothing in my daughter notes about it .we missed the school time I need to find someone for looking after my 2 littles only for someone mistaken now my daughter needs to go back again there.nThe only good things in that gp are the reception lady's .
I think that the clinical staff are OK but the admin and management side is desperately needing. I have felt frustrated whenever trying to interact for a few years. I also feel that my confidential medical records are visible to people on the management side that I don't want to have access to them.
