The 76 bus is absolutely ridiculous!!! How can a bus that serves hospital's just not turn up? The app shows it's on it's way however just goes off then show's the next time. I have been late at the QE in the morning's and waited for one in the evening and two have been missing !!! A very poor service also the app is pathetic!!!

This garage is plc company's property not open to the public.  Public can collect there lost properties only.

Had a garage open day, although was heavily disorganised by the look of it, and had to close half of it off. Hasn't been as good as previous open days at other garages, though it's better than nothing

Lost my wallet and got it bk with money and I'd intact. Lovely staff very professional conduct

If you lose an item on a bus then the twitter account is the only way to contact the garage. Neither phone number works the office staff are not helpful. If I hadn't insisted they took me seriously I would never have retrieved my lost property which  was right there in front of them despite them denying that initially!!

If I could give it a minus  one star I would , Utterly dreadful service supposed to be every 10 minutes yesterday and today waited 45 minutes kept changing the time monitor to 5 minutes then 4 then went back to 7 then just stuck had to walk it both days in the end What’s going on ?? I can understand if somebody phones in sick but that’s one bus not ten !!!! The management ought to get their act together This is all the time

Good Service They Have Good Priced Tickets But Not Good Drivers Still Good

I was waiting at the 27 bus stop for over 20mins and wen the bus driver comes he slows down to stop but for some reason he didn't stop and carried on driving, we put our hands out for the bus and he made eye contact but he decided that he didn't want us on. This isnt the first time this had happened and personally I think u need to give the bus drivers a massive lecture on customer service and just general manners
