Birmingham Coach Station is generally clean, well-equipped, and accessible, with seating, Wi-Fi, cafés, and ticketing facilities. However, toilets are coin-operated 30p and the accessible one feels cramped. Mobile phone charging points are available but not free. While the station has good accessibility with ramps and automatic doors, some entrances are occasionally closed, which can be inconvenient. Overall, a decent station for travel, but expect small extra charges for basic facilities.
Beautiful Coach station. Most remarkable thing is that every coach departing on schedule time. Very cooperative staff.Well maintained Coach with charging points. Seat belts LED screen in the centre of the bus to have front view. Neat and clean bathroom. Highly recommended to travel across United Kingdom. @national-express @nationalexpress.com
A well built and clean station with hundreds of buses coming and going daily. Clean and very secure with CCTV and security personnel on ground. Caution: Always have coins on you when going through these stations in case you need to use the rest room, you need 30Ps to get access
For a major city, this is a shocking transport hub. First noticeable thing is how toilets need payment by coins for entry. In between long journeys, this is totally unacceptable. It led to many people jumping over the barrier to access something that should be granted to all without any hassle. Very people carry exact change with them, so a contactless option should be present if charging people is a must. A total accessibility failurennBeyond that is the total lack of food options. Late at night, you have even fewer with just vending machines as your only option.nnSome National Express routes force you depart the coach for a while before boarding again, so experiencing this terrible coach station can be unavoidable. Much work is needed here
Very nice bus station. Their Rules and regulations are also very good. All the staffs are friendly and helpful . They always wear their uniform so it is helpful to get assistance easily. They maintain tight time schedule so it’s very suitable for those people who are in hurry. In the station they have plenty of shops and sitting area for he passengers which is helpful for the passengers to take rest if any schedule make delay. Anyone can get updated and actual information from their information booth. They follow covid-19 rules strictly. Everywhere I found safety stickers and hand sanitizers.
