Birmingham Coach Station also known as Digbeth Coach Station is the main long-distance coach hub in Birmingham, opened in 1980 to support growing intercity travel and later refurbished to improve passenger facilities and accessibility.nnThe station is known for generally helpful customer service, with staffed information desks, waiting areas, and ticket support provided by National Express. The layout is simple to navigate, making departures and arrivals straightforward even during busy periods.nnParking nearby is limited but available through local pay-and-display car parks in Digbeth. The station stands out for its strong transport connections it’s about a 10 minute walk to Birmingham Moor Street railway station and Birmingham New Street railway station, with frequent local buses stopping close to the entrance, making onward travel easy across the city and beyond.
Nice & clean coach station. The area surrounding area outside the station is also nice.
Beautiful Coach station. Most remarkable thing is that every coach departing on schedule time. Very cooperative staff.Well maintained Coach with charging points. Seat belts LED screen in the centre of the bus to have front view. Neat and clean bathroom. Highly recommended to travel across United Kingdom. @national-express @nationalexpress.com
Birmingham Coach Station is generally clean, well-equipped, and accessible, with seating, Wi-Fi, cafés, and ticketing facilities. However, toilets are coin-operated 30p and the accessible one feels cramped. Mobile phone charging points are available but not free. While the station has good accessibility with ramps and automatic doors, some entrances are occasionally closed, which can be inconvenient. Overall, a decent station for travel, but expect small extra charges for basic facilities.
A well built and clean station with hundreds of buses coming and going daily. Clean and very secure with CCTV and security personnel on ground. Caution: Always have coins on you when going through these stations in case you need to use the rest room, you need 30Ps to get access
