Two hours to get from sparkhill to gospel oak stop acocks green. Bus service is a disgrace. If u can't run it give it to someone who can. Here's a tip when bus breaks down replace it not skip it out.

Sort out the 11  bus service the service is extremely bad waited 50 minutes today for a bus other times have waited 30 and 45 minutes. People have got important places to go and need to be punctual. We leave out in more than enough time to get to where we need to be but the 11 bus constantly lets us down and fails us. We have to pay travel costs for this rubbish service it's an ongoing problem and still nothing is done to improve the bus service.

Shockingly bad service the 11 is always late waited for over 40 minutes today, late every morning because of this bus despite giving extra time for it.. no buses go past accocks green why offer a service that doesnt go past a certain point.. it never used to be so bad.. no point trying to complain because noone does anything about it

Felt like a bag of potatoes  with of these drivers. I just found out that I have BUSphobia.    They think they do transport bags of potatoes and it doesn't matter how hard they brake or when they take corners. Absolutely awful. *never ever fear my life to death as now.... Such a shame.... I'm very scared thanks to National Express.

I went to recover my lost property after receiving a call on 17th August 2022 from a man called Brian. He told me my bag was ready to collect after the cleaners found it on their shift and I went to collect it on the 19th . Apparently there is nothing that matches my description of the bag in lost property the woman told me who works in the department.   Not a nice experience at all.

Accidentally left my laptop on the bus, went here to see if there is any chance of them having it fully expecting it to be lost. The woman was so helpful and looked for it and radioed all the busses, couldn't find it but she gave me a number and it actually turned up so so helpful and so friendly.

I have been waiting at the number 11 bus stop  by Yardley cemetery for an hour and 20 minutes and no bloody bus has been anywhere near, so why should I pay for my pass when they can't even provide a decent service, this route is s@#@.

Absolutely rubbish service. As written before all number 11buses are absolutely rubbish  I could use fowl language but as this is a public platform I won't. All west midlands travel say there's traffic!! At 6am in the morning I don't think so!! I don't want free travel vouchers, I just want a service that runs on time with no poor excuses. Poor service for a lot of money!!

See they move scum from one garage to another,and then put them in charge. And all the people saying it's a great company to work for,must have been brainwashed in there training school.

I got the 11 today bus 6128 and would like to say thank you what a wonderful driver could not have been more helpful
