Appalling staff! My girlfriend had her coat stolen last night in this place, and the jacket was later found near the door (the scumbags must have ditched it when they realised it wasn't real fur). Having searched the entire area we were in, I left my mobile number with a nice bar man, who offered some complementary drinks. His name was Fraser and he is exempt from this post as he did a great job. However, when requesting to collect the coat today, a 40+, blonde haired fat man who works there (don't know his name but this is an accurate and frank description of him), insisted it was actually US who misplaced it, and it was not taken at all. He implied we were drunk and it was left right where we left it. I'd be more than happy to get a copy of the CCTV and show that this is NOT the case at all! We'd only had one drink at this point, and had all of our wits about us. He was then really rude and abrupt in giving my girlfriend her jacket back, she had to ask numerous times and he made her feel like the criminal. Absolutely disgusting way to treat paying customers. Wish I'd have gone to collect it myself now and spoken to him. This place has gone downhill massively in service and in demographic. Never go there.

Good food, lovely atmosphere. Go if you want bistro style English food, or a fresh, hearty brunch. Giving 4 start rather than 5 as the salmon was slightly overcooked. Overall, very nice!

Very pleasant evening spent in a warm well appointed cafe bar restaurant in the centre of Bramhall food service etc well recommended!

Was given a COCKTAIL instead of a MOCKTAIL by mistake, I've not drunk alcohol for 8 hrs, so I was fuming, barely got an apology!! Despicable.
