same as other reviewers, they sent the wrong item,i returned it 3.5 weeks ago and now they say they didn't get anything,are they liars????they have £10 of my money and there's no way i can prove i sent it,DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

very poor company . totally wrong product . failed to collect the first time ( waited in all day ) bought off Halfords website ( Halfords could only email them , couldn't help with getting my money back ) avoid at all cost . wouldn't advise using Halfords website to order anything ( total farce )

My faulty item was lost in the post, I claimed for compensation and got £22.90 which did not cover the price I paid. 2nd class post, which is the only service Y Frame will refund does not give enough compensation if items of a higher value are lost, so I am £18 out of pocket and have no item. Y Frame refuse to refund me because they have no received the item, but they know its lost, so will keep MY money non the less. Avoid this retailer, it cannot be trusted.

Got a thru axle for 29 quid 15mml x 110 suntour qloc £35 cheapest I seen anywhere else good value so stop leaving bad reviews thx
