Came in to your stor today, wanted a birthday cake, i met John one of your shop assistant s who helped me but a picture on a cake. John was so helpful showing me how to do it! Just like to say how polite he was, and thank you so much John from asda, i asked him his name.
The store assistant helped bring items from another Decathlon store to Huyton. After only a couple of days I was phoned to confirm the stock was in. On collection the assistant was also very helpful. Great service all round.

This shady store employs some pretty predatory tactics to basically steal money from customers by adding extra RFID tags inside random items of clothing which causes you to double scan certain items at the checkout and then you end up paying a bit more money than you should have, Decathlon are basically skimming a little extra money off the top of their customers baskets, surely this is illegal.
Love to do my cycling related gear shopping from Decathlon , decent quality and prices. Good we have it in Liverpool. Brilliant customer service , staff was very helpful.
Order placed in line, easy to locate product and based on price and reviews placed my order Website east to follow, confirmation email received. Travelled to nearest store for collection, product ready for pick up no issues
If I could zero stars, I would. I can’t understand how a major company could balls up a single order as much as they have done. I’ve spent more time and effort trying to pick up and sort out the order than what the items cost in the first place. It’s a few pairs of boxing gloves, not Tyson Fury delivered from Las Vegas! Absolute joke. I’ll drive to the Warrington store myself to pick some up. Merry Christmas ‍
Its like a tesco express version of Decathlon no where near as much choice or items as there usual stores. But id give it two stars for tidiness and most of the shelves being full.
Very helpful and friendly staff
Sweating badly due to pain as my back went while in store asked the assistant for some help like can you get me a few tops not worried about the design. Member of staff said we only have what we have out. There was no limit to the amount of money I was prepared to spend hobbled out with nothing never again.
