Fabulous! After an awful experience in the stand alone Reiss in town, the lady in Reiss Fenwicks was amazing! Unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but she certainly made my day, spent almost an hour with me whilst I was trying different looks. Thank you so much!
Today, the staff lady blond hair, middle aged nearly refused to show me the changing rooms, claiming they were full even though the other ones were just from the other side of the wall with free spaces as I've learned from her colleague who luckily overheard our conversation. Then, she tried to take the clothes I wanted to try on away from me. On top of all of this, while changing I overheard the very same lady say to her colleague that I am definitely only trying the clothes on, and have no intention of buying it whatsoever. I've never met such a judgemental staff, and will never ever go again.
