I had my roots covered was charged £50.00 . it's not even been a week, I haven't washed my hair and my roots are showing. I am very disappointed with the service. They are friendly. I explained the problem to the manager in charge. She made some ridiculous excuses that Wella hair colour does not cover roots. I saw them using Tigi. Anyways, I am not the kind to go and argue ...have learnt my lesson and at such high costs. I would not recommend anyone to get their roots done at this salon. it's best to go to someone who knows or is trained well with colouring hair.

Best place for us girls to if we want to look beatiful all round care and pampering. Welcoming and friendly staff helpfull taking time to explain treatments and after care. 😙😙

AWFUL! DONT GO HERE!!! went to get my eyebrows and upper lip done! It wasn't done properly and she cut my upper lip didn't apologise and didn't even bother putting cream on! The lady is just full of her self! Don't know why she works there she should be sacked!!!

Such a poor service. Ignored when I first went in. The woman doing my threading was sooooo rude and the actually full face and eyebrows was a such poor job. Barely did half a job of it. Had to go somewhere else and get them to fix the poor job done... I won't be going back again

Just finished my laser treatment(s) the results were amazing and the price for it didn't make me think twice after parting with my money. Thanks girls! I appreciate it so much!
