AVOID!!! They are cons especially with the laser treatments. They convince you to buy in at what you think is good value for money then accuse you of not turning up for appointments you had no idea about. This happened to me on several occasions which means I lost out on quite a few session because they said I had not turned up. The manger is very ignorant, crafty and quick to take your money. Both manager and owner don't have any people skills and don't listen to the clients. Having gone there for several treatments I often walked into chaos and 'mix ups' of appointments. I would never return for such awful service and laser that doesn't appear to be effective at all. Also something else I observed was how poorly the staff were treated by the management which alone put me off going back. Bottom line... very unprofessional and unpleasant so please don't waste your time/money!
