I can describe my experience in one word :) shocking! You don’t expect this in a place that is supposed to make you feel good but the 2 girls working there were unbelievably ignorant and rude. From the moment we arrived it was almost like we were new to the planet earth. Whilst we were waiting we heard both of them insulting previous clients which I couldn’t understand as they were just openly mocking people’s appearances out loud. They are either extremely mentally challenged to the point where self awareness does not exist, or they are callous, ignorant, empty people. They most definitely should not be in this line of work.

If I could give this review a zero star I would. Service here is not great- especially from the owner. I purchased a block of 10 treatments in one go. One time, I had a different type of massage than what I normally have. I informed the owner straightaway but he was reluctant to help and wouldn't change the masseuse.. I asked for a refund which he refused to give me. I do not live in Luton and have to travel around 40mins to this place... having paid upfront to save money yet being treated rudely!

Horrible place to get a back massage the room was cold and the therapist only had three moves when massaging. Also the three move she did have were not even good. I asked the therapist could she apply less pressure she could not even understand that. since she did not speak English properly . The massage was not relaxing at all. I don't think the therapist was even qualified.
when I complained the reception man and another man who may be the boss were very rude and un-professional towards me and basically saying it was may fault.

WORST massage me and my friend has ever had and we are spa therapists. The whole time of the massage, they were talking amongs themselves and people from outside of the room. Absolutely awful massages and we are not usually the ones to complain. They had no idea what they were doing, even a 5 year old could have done a few stretches here and there. They also take payment first, although they were not closing yet... they probably gave a sign away that the experience was going to be dyer. Never again.

If I could give this review a zero star I would.
Many time it make me waste my time for nothing,, what i have is ,, sorry blaaa ,,, if don't know how to do business shut it down,,,,
