Horrible horrible people, Im warning everyone who want their hair or children’s hair done to avoid this salon at all cost . The woman is rude to all customers including children, speaks to customers with altitude while giving them dirty looks. Won’t even offer a glass of water to my little child, My little daughter asked me to never take her to them again. I assumed the lady has issues or is insecure with herself hence talking it out on customers. Not worth a single star. They should shut down. LADIES DO NOT GO THERE

Do not go to this place, had to spend double of the quoted price for a hairstyle that doesn’t even look close to the one we asked for. Took 3h more than what was originally planned and all for the hair dresser to blame it on their type of hair she was working with Afro hair. Wouldn’t usually go out of my way to post but for an Afro salon this is laughable.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Terrible hair salon, I came to get my hair washed, blow dryed and a TRIM not cut trim and a simple cornrow. I was not offered tea or coffee not that this is a deal breaker but it is simple hospitality that I have experienced in other hair salons. My wash was as to be expected but after that everything else was horrible, the lady who did my hair cut my hair uneven! I have very thick long hair that when wet goes very curly and she cut it wet and completely uneven. I have never known black hair to be cut wet but I am not the professional. The back is shorter than the front, she didn't section my hair properly at all and now I have hair that probably half the length it was before, it used to be down my back not its shoulder length if that! The cornrow was fine done quite neat but the cut completely overlooked this because that was not what I wanted. To top it off they then charged me £50 for something that I would say should have cost £35-£40 maximum. I will never return again, the shop is aged and looks run down, where they wahs hair is literally a sink in a back room surrounded by boxes. To be fair the lady that did my hair was ok but customer service needs to be addressed. I feel they do not know how to deal with different textures of hair at all, even the way she blow dryed my hair was odd, she struggled to blow dry it and as a result some areas were dry and some still damp. Real shame as naturally you want to support up and coming businesses in the local community but this was shocking and I would never return even if I were desperate. Please ladies avoid at all costs I wish I had read the reviews before going.

Very bad customer service. Doesn't even deserve 1 star!! The lady who was doing my daughters hair was very very rude and made my daughter cry because of the way she was pulling nd combing the hair. I don't think she was even a hairdresser! I was told to come back the following day to sort the hair but my daughter refused to go back because she was so rude nd hurt her hair. I was also very shocked by what she was doing with the hair. No consideration of the child what so ever! Definitely not recommend for kids hair!

Please please dont let comments put you off.... have your own experience. Had my hair briaded a number of  times, excellent service, very professional and good price. I always feel fantastic when I leave. Shop also sells hair products... good quality and selections.... really nice.

Very rude people and they laugh at people if they cry and they just stop doing the hair to go to eat for 10-30 minutes then come back and talk loudly on the phone would highly not recommend it
