After being disconnected on the live chat, I called customer services and she not only assisted me with the help I needed, she also contacted the lady I was talking to on the chat to apologise for me. Very polite and professional.
Excellent service from the Accounts Management Team - Codie. Managed sort out an ongoing issue, raise a credit and put me onto a package suitable for my organisation. 10/10 for person centred care
Do not use this company they are con artists. Takes people's money and then do not provide a service. They have ripped me off I can imagine how much more people they have done this too
