As a landlord I find the quarterly flat check report PDFs a practical touch, and they go above & beyond on the regular. Great returns and so far I’ve never been let down. Would recommend.

High quality corporate lettings in and around the Covent Garden area. Apartments left immaculately by Google and Netflix tenants. Talk about peace of mind…would recommend.

Stayed in their property by Carnaby Street. Immense location and quality of apartment. Will gladly stay with BE again, but a little noisy at night with windows open due to foot traffic nearby. Their team however know the West End inside out, with friendly office staff in the middle of Covent Garden. Ampay a pleasure to deal with.
