Not impressed. Was passed from point to point numerous times. Finally ended up with the High Level Executive Complaints team who swiftly sorted things.
Had a work experience say there and learnt a lot that I didn't know about the company from really friendly staff. Maybe have a little more work related activities.
Stay away. Nothing about the company make sense what a waste of space and rubbish customer service. On a call 60mins and no one has picked up
slow, inept, underinvested.... still waiting 9 months later for the order to be completed. virgin might be better if you dont need fibre, otherwise its all just terrible in the GBR.

Absolutely useless. Incapable of answering the phone on 150 but most staggering is the lack of countdown or caller feedback.... and from a telecoms leading player... truly pathetic

Did you know that talk talk and bt run of the same servers. So why is BT 5X more expensive. When there internet is awful customer service awful there. £28 a month for 32mb on BT 142mb for £28 talk
