There was fast delivery - it took 25 mins to come! The food is delicious, especially the sweet and sour chicken. One thing I would say is that the fish fillet in ginger had too much batter and the chow mein was a bit dry.Food: 3/5

After waiting for nearly 2 hours for the food I called the restaurant to be told the food hadn't even been prepared yet so ended up having to cancel the order. Really not good enough service and they should give accurate delivery times when they accept orders the original order was estimated to arrive in under 1hr.Food: 1/5
Nice food with good chinese taste. Recommend to ask staff what to choose if you really want to enjoy chinese dishes.
This is a good review. Tonight they made a mistake. The lemon sauce for my Lemon Chicken which is fantastic, by the way, somehow got left with the driver, and I had to phone them back to say so. On the phone they were sincerely apologetic, and another driver returned withing 10 minutes, not only with an extra large pot of lemon sauce, but also a fresh batch of the chicken and an extra bag of prawn crackers. To me, this attitude represents a level of commitment that comes out in all their food. We've had deliveries many times and it is excellent.
Awful customer service. Spoke to an extremely rude woman called Zoe who argued and shouted at us. After calling to complain because we had been waiting for 2hrs even though when we placed the order it was a 30min wait, she argued with my mother for a good 15 minutes and did not apologise or offer any sort of compensation once. Furthermore would not allow us to speak to a manager or give us their name. I got second hand embarrassment for Zoe. During collection there was a queue of people who were all in the same situation as is it was awful. Rude people they need to sort themselves out don’t take as many orders if you can’t prepare them all.
