I initially messaged Gareth to seek advice as I have a new business and felt like a website was my next big step.  Gareth was very helpful and informative from the start and he took the time to ask about my requirements and what I wanted from my business site. Gareth covered every single detail in the planning process and sought information about my interests and what look I wanted to achieve.  He then worked with the information I sent to him, re-designed my business logo as best to suit and did a mock up of my site.  Gareth kept in regular contact with me throughout the process and walked me through each step as he added things or made changes. Gareth agreed a timeframe with me which he adhered to which benefitted me so that I could gauge when I would announce my business site to my clients.  Different options were available to me throughout, from a basic site to one which would allow bookings etc and help dealing with this has been offered every step of the way.  Gareth is a 100% perfectionist and this is exactly what I needed. He was satisfied with the job only once I was.  Gareth added a section to my site with complies with GDPR, something which in my line of business is essential and something I hadn’t included when I told him what I wanted my site to include. Also, all security measures have been taken care of, again something which I hadn’t necessarily thought to ask for.  Not only has Gareth helped with my site, he’s also been invaluable at helping for my mobile to be set up to link to the new website address email.  Nothing has been too much trouble and Gareth strives for the best. He is pleasant and very professional.  An aftercare/maintenance package was offered and I feel that I can always go back to Gareth as and when I need help and advice with the site.  None of this would have been possible without him. Any businesses, old and new, I highly recommend Gareth for all of your website needs.
