Excellent service received last week when having a "Spring Check", my parking pass that had fallen behind the windscreen was retrieved, a screw found in a tyre repaired...all in with the service charge of £20!!!
Not to mention a sparkling clean car and valeting kit.
As usual all the staff extremely friendly and efficient, thanks to all at Listers for such a good experience.

All very efficient from initial booking to return of courtesy car.
My car was presented cleaned and valeted.

David Hyed is a amazing member of staff who bent over backwards to ensure we got the perfect car for us. He kept us updated throughout the whole process . He was very friendly and polite and couldn't do enough to help us . I would recommend Volkswagen and David to anyone that is looking for a car . Thank you very much for an amazing service .

Visiting Morton on Marsh I had a ERG warning light begin to flash. With no phone signal  available I was going homewards to Bristol to hopefully get in signal range when I had the sheer luck at finding Listers' garage. Sophie and Nick sorted me out with coffee and food as well as getting me a technician (sorry didn't get the name but decided he was my dear beloved) who gave me an estimated time for a repair. It was over 4 hours so my Green flag breakdown lorry was called. During the hour it took to arrive,  Listers called Bristol Heritage dealers with their findings and arranged for them to accept the car. On finding the lorry was unable to take the weight of my estate car,  and that it would be 3 hours before another could be dispatched, Listers managed to fit the repair in and get the car and me home that afternoon .
The extra mile the staff took was much appreciated. The car ran very well on the journey home too. Thank you every one. Five well deserved stars to you.

Listers Evesham get the experience just right. They know what they are talking about, don't leave you hanging around and are genuinely friendly.  A very smooth operation.
