Dont try this garage they are dogy been waiting for my car from 5 weeks everyday they telling me new story very bad customer service and everyone lie they dont know how to fix the car stay away from this garage

Looking at getting our second car from these guys, great service and staff and find the range fantastic value for money.

This is worse customer service I have ever had at a motor dealer. David the manager is rude, ignorant and dishonest. Please don't waste your time or money with these guys.

My husband -Gerry-and son went there today.Paul was fantastic-he answered various questions on the phone over the last few days even though he must have had at least 3 separate calls from us!! They had travelled over 100 miles to view a car that they purchased today.Paul sorted out various things that were identified to him and went above and beyond to ensure these were completed to everyone’s satisfaction. A really nice personable guy who puts the customer first. Thoroughly recommended.Thank you.

After my car was brought here for repair I have nothing good to say about my experience and would rather give no stars ,theres no communication and when there was the girl had attitude ..sending me a text to say ready when another2weeks went by before it was ,meant to be valeted this was not done in fact the only time they went inside my car was to remove my dash cam and phone charger dump them in passenger foot well and pinch my hands free!!when I told them they couldnt care less with reply go to the police then!!

Having discussed the vehicle I was hoping to buy at length on the phone,  I drove 45 minutes  only to discover on a test drive that the hand brake didn't work. I pointed this out as I returned the keys. "Oh yes, I was aware of that" came the reply ! So thanks a bundle for wasting a Saturday morning. Deeply unimpressed.
