Took my car in for a water pump change.
Left with oil spewing on the floor and manfold.... Alarming amount black smoke from under the bonnet.
Very defensive, unapologetic management and rude staff...anything but them.
Dare to complain about the state of your car and they say you have an attitude problem! They are very keen to pull the wool over your eyes and they like confrontation.
