I have taken my car into Bowens on a few occasions where I had some concerns. I have always found the staff to be helpful and professional and have on more than one occasion lent me a courtesy car when mine needed to stay at the garage for a longer time. In the brief time I have lived near Ross I have come to trust the garage and have already booked my car in for its MOT.

I have recently purchased a second-hand car from Theo and had several cars serviced at Bowen's over the past 3 years. This is the most professional garage I have had the pleasure of using: first-class customer service and very competitive prices. All staff polite and helpful. Thoroughly recommended for all newcomers.

I bought a well maintained 2009 Nissan Note from this garage in June 2017. The salesman, Theo, was totally helpful and honest. He provided a year's tax and six-month warranty and delivered the car to my home in Hereford. He was most anxious that I was happy with my purchase and I felt confident that he would deal with any problem that might later arise. Thank you for excellent service.

Very impressed, genuine and very honest. Very good customer service, we bought a Toyota yaris sr and are very happy with the car and the peace of mind warranty. Would definitely buy another car from there.

Unfortunate situation . Sale agreed on car verbally after car assessmwnt then son arrived .. didn't know who he was and lots of mumbling in front of me left me very uncomfortable and embarrased. Not good ti undermine your partners decision in front of customer..shame because Dad seems really nice genuine trustworthy guy with great interpersonal skills. Hope this doesn't happen too often
