My car went into UK Select for repair after an accident.nThe reception staff kept me fully informed on a weekly basis, my car was repaired to a very high standard.nThey even have a portal to keep you informed of the repair progress.nI don't often leave reviews but made an exception on this occasion.nCouldn't be more pleased with the service.
A truly awful experience. From having a no-fault accident in May 2021 and having my van returned in June 2021 it is now late April 2022 and it still is not repaired to a good or even acceptable standard. There has been a very long list of remedial action that sadly has not been completed, this ranges from very poor panel fit to the point where the door wouldn't even close, lots of overspray, very poor paint finish, some of the colour didn't match first time, the side window glass was scratched, the rubber trim for the glass fell off, the fuel flap broken off, damage to internal trim panels, numerous broken clips and further damage had been done, This has been pointed out and agreed to be repaired but when booked in to be done refused to do the work or take any responsibility. The damaged door trim still has yet to be repaired as 'Ford had sent one that didn't fit!' Some of the remedial repairs have been done but with used parts, this in its self is not a problem but they didn’t even clean them before or after fitting. The van has now been back 5 times to have the remedial work done and on the last time I let them take it, the dashcam footage of the outward journey had been deleted and on the return journey it had been driven poorly and speeding. One instance in built up area, at over 50mph in a 30 zone. I did raise a complaint about the issues with the insurance company that uses them but it appears to have fallen upon deaf ears, my next course of action will be to trading standards.
Popped in to see if my window trim could be fixed as it came loose. A kind gentleman came and put some new clips in and it was all done within 10 minutes.nWould highly recommend them
On 4 occasions my car has been into the garage the staff don't keep u updated and I've been without my car since 19th December 2024 now in may and still know sign of my car being Completed even though i got a call from the garage about the parts being and should have my car back in 10/12 that was back in January frustrated and getting more annoyed is the amount fuel they have used for a car that isn't road worthy I would stay WELL Clear and someone who has mobility I found it absolutely disgusting the way I've been treated I honestly would look elsewhere it's now the 27th may still no car and feeding my wife and myself a load of bull now been in touch with trading standards head over and see my review
Awful firm repaired my vehicle to a terrible standard, returned vehicle three times, and then had to take to another garage to sort problem out and had to pay, also paid the excess to which i have proof, and not waived by them as they claim
