WWT Llanelli Wetland Centre

Great place to see birds, have a walk and take the kids! Outdoor play areas, a small indoor softplay area and activities for the kids make it fun for them. There are plenty of places to explore for nice walks and see wild birds, many bird hides and also lots of enclosed ponds where you can feed the birds with food bought from the shop. You often see birds you would rarely see elsewhere and is designed so both expert and novice birders can enjoy the facilities. There is a nice cafe to finish the day or comfy sofas to sit down and enjoy the view of the bird feeders. A highly recommended day for everyone.

A great place. The experience is different all the time as birds migrate In and out. There is mating and new life. There are pecking orders developed.there are bold birds and timid ones. An excellent place to visit.

Fantastic day out with my 5 and 1 year old boys... Plenty for both to do! Didn't use the cafe but looked lovely. Would highly recommend.

Nice walk all the way around the resort. Don't forget to buy bird food before you start walking! We did the shorter side of the map first, came back had food in the cafe, then did the other half. Very enjoyable day.

Great place for the kids to run wild. We had a really long walk around. They enjoyed finding the giant ducks along the way too.The play areas were all different and the kids enjoyed every one of them. They loved the pond dipping & bug finding. Even though I felt it was a bit overpriced, once we were in, there were no hidden costs or extra spends (apart from an icecream at the end of the day) & I really liked that about it. I would definatley recommend & definatley go again! Brilliant outdoor fun.
