Jaden was extremely helpful, friendly and informative! She has done lots of research on my food allergies to find reviews on suitable accommodation and has put a lot of time and experience into finding a perfect holiday for our family. Definitely recommend Tui especially Jaden
Always good to book with TUI, I do like the Llanelli branch. Emily the staff member who we have booked holidays with previously was helpful and provided a friendly, personable service. Thanks Emily, would thoroughly recommend.
Emma and Nic were both super helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choose my holiday for this year. I knew the destination I wanted to go to but was unsure of hotels in the area and both staff members used their experience to ensure I picked the right hotel, flights and excursions for my holiday. Will definitely choose Tui Llanelli to book my 2024 and future holidays
I cannot praise and thank Emma, from Llanelli store enough. I had an issue with my local store Gateshead as they would not allow me to use a voucher I had, and they offered me no advice or support. I used a telephone number on the voucher to try to get this resolved. Luckily for me I got put through to the Llanelli store and Emma and her team, resolved this in less than 10mins. to me that is fanfastic customer service. I wished her store was closer to me as I woukld definately use that store again. Once again, thanks Emma, Llanelli and Wales :0
What an amazing place! i loved my experience here, staff treated me like family! we booked a lovely lads holiday to amsterdam, sadly my mate steve fell into a canal hasnt been seen since! anyway staff were amazing and service was lovely
We unfortunately had to change our holiday at the last minute, TUI wanted 90% of the total to amend it, luckily I got through to Rachel at this store, she has been fantastic, emailed the exceptions team and got it waived for us, then sorted out all the new details for our holiday, she’s been brilliant during a stressful time, thank you!!
I can’t thank Jaden enough. She was extremely helpful as I didn’t know what I wanted she recommended places which were best suited to my needs and was very helpful and professional
I can highly recommend Jaden at TUI Llanelli for their support, assistance and in depth knowledge when I enquired about a holiday. Will definitely be using TUI in the future.
Unfortunately it was a bad experience today. Went to get some Turkish lira for holiday and when I turn up two customers are handing 2ps and 1ps to change over which I find mind boggling how on earth is this allowed. One member of staff was counting the money for about 30 mins while I was waiting. I felt awful for her while another woman was sat on the floor and didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting she just looked at me and carried on. The policy is ridiculous how you're allowed to change bags and bags of pennies. I walked out in the end as I would've had to wait for the poor lady to change the money into what ever currency the customer was waiting for. Will be going to supermarket to change over next time not coming here again.
