Would give no stars if we could. Announcement and boards said 1 platform, guard walked over the bridge and saw 15 of us here but train left from a different platform with nothing to tell us otherwise.nNo one in box office so stuck waiting in the cold for an hour
Station was nice but the only women’s toilet requires you to ask for a key to unlock it. This isn’t a big deal but the men’s toilets are perfectly normal and do not require a key. i’m just confused on why this is the case and why women have to waste time asking for a key.
If there was a 0 if have chosen it. Really poor safety tonight. Way too many people allowed on the platform after the concert at The Racecourse. I'm just glad nobody got hurt.
Station staff were aggressive, rude, rolling eyes, tutting, checking phones amd generally unprofessional.
The staff seem very disinterested and almost lethargic. They told me the wrong platform twice for the train I needed, even though I double-checked with them.
