Absolutely over the moon with our Wren kitchen, quality product arrived on time and undamaged, no missing parts the fitter Matt MKM done a great job putting it all together very professional and a perfectionist with his work, also James at the Bedford showroom looked after us doing a fantastic job coming up with ideas and designing the kitchen that suited our needs and budget. I would definitely recommend WREN to anyone in the market for a new Kitchen
Me my partner & our 6 months old Cockapoo turned up for our kitchen planning appointment & was greeted by some very friendly staff members. The kitchen planner Gary was so professional. He told us go & look around, whilst he got us a couple of teas. He then came & found us & we all sat down, with 2 screens infront of us, showing us what he had come up with from a previous home visit from a Wren surveyor. We sat over 2 hours with him, he was very helpful & showed us our options of what would fit where. The 3 of us came up with ideas & left with having 7 emails sent to us showing options & prices. So we just have to now go away & look at our option layouts. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole afternoons visit. He said any questions or different items you want added, just contact him direct. Thanks Gary for everything you have done so far.
Buying a kitchen from here, up to now iv had star service from them. The designer sat with me going through my wants and needs, ideas, and budget, i looked at my kitchen virtual reality which was interesting, and have been told i can go back as many times as i want to change things if i want, my kitchen hasnt been fitted yet but cant complain up to now.
Don't be put off by the pushy approach of the sale team when you enter. The experience gets better, great kitchen, delivery etc. Don't think we could of found a better kitchen to meet our needs at a better price without going bespoke. Kitchen photo below is still a work in progress but I think you get the idea.
Nice kitchens, helpful staff, but clearly commission based so expect the hard sell. Only offers a dry install. I am super disappointed by the way we were told the sale ended on 18th Jan and I needed to secure the deal before then, yet they still advertise 50% off units and 40% off quartz worktops on the telly. The sales rep even messaged us last week to say the price had gone up and we had missed out on the offers, how do they justify that?
