Everyone has always been super friendly and helpful, before even starting a shift a kind member of staff helped me carry my lawn homer inside to return while struggling with the baby and pram. While being over whelmed with lawn mower choices a member of staff called Roy was massively helpful, he reccomened a great mower, not the most expensive so it didn't feel like a sale it was genuine and turns out it was great choice which I'm so please about because the one we originally picked wasn't suitable and we had to return. Thanks Roy!

I find b and q quite frustrating. Thier range is very limited and so bog standard. This is a small branch so you really only get the basics.  That said.... I wanted a sheet of wood and they didn't have anything close to what I wanted and had to go elsewhere.  Just some wood.... nothing complex.  Also,  they own screwdix who are so much cheaper.  I'd like to give up on b and q.

Great place for you DIY projects. Friendly and helpful staff. Lady called Diane who works there was very helpful. A good positive shopping experience. Well done B&Q for hiring good helpful and friendly staff.

Very large carpark, trolleys to help you get those DIY bits and helpful staff.

A very good experience. The man in charge took me to the items I needed, and when he couldn’t find particular product, he looked it up on his phone. It turned out that it could only be bought  at B&Q online, which I subsequently did when I got home. I shall use this store again.
