Food was left on the side of road, marked as delivered on just eat. Called the restaurant to be told that it’s not their problem and I need to walk to get it. Claimed to have called me to deliver, but never did. Terrible service on the phone when I called to find out where my food was. Laughed at me when I even mentioned a refund for the food which never came.
First time ordering tonight, mixed kebab and chips, gotta say best kebab I've had. So much flavour, non greasy, salad and sauce fresh and tasty. Will be backRecommended dishesDoner Kebab
Last two times I’ve orderd my food has arrived like this. First time 28th April 1st & 2nd photo it was sorted fresh food delivered with a bottle of drink to apologise. Few weeks later 23rd June I order again hoping for better food, absolutely not. Greasy dripping before you even get to the food. 6/7 maybe more I’ve eaten from here and recently it’s not been great. I had a phone call from the shop after sending the photo asking what’s the issue with the food, explain to be told new staff that’s not yet trained … i don’t pay £25 for a bottle of oil delivery is quick 20 mins but I would rather wait the extra time for decent food
It is the best kebab house in town with great hospitality and service. The staff always prepare the best food with a complimentary tea. 5 star service !Food: 5/5
Im giving it a 1 star because I only had a mixed meat&chips at 1pm when I know its not busy hours and food is not too fresh, might be a bit different at evening it would be 0 stars for my food. Dont get me wrong Im not that picky and ill have a donner at least once a week but this is not the place you wanna eat from. Ill attach pic at the end, as I said I had mixed donner but the chicken and the lamb had the same taste or rather no taste both undercoocked couldnt feel any spices in it aswell and calling crushed garlic mixed with water a sauce seems like a stretch to me and the chilly sauce looked the same. If you're hungry before busy hours do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
managed to order drunk asked for no salad and only cucumber and they got it perfect and delivered in like so little time! best kebab ever!!!Food: 5/5

Bought a kebab and a pizza from here tonight and wasn't disappointed. Pizza was lovely well filled and full of flavour. Doner was a small but over loaded with meat and salad.Food: 5/5
I went to this store and asked them if they have halal food and they said very rudely do you have money for it. It's like their behavior is to talk down to the customers like this.Service: 1/5
