Not great, ordered special fried rice and was hunting for the meat! Wouldn't bother again.
Since new ownership the food is terrible. The new owners are arrogant and need to learn some basic customer service skills. Their hygiene rating has dropped from 5 stars to 1 star so that pretty much sums it up really and the 5 star sticker is still stuck on the window!! Avoid at all cost, you have been warned.
"That was sooo nice!" We really miss going to our favourite Chinese restaurant during lockdown and were nervous about trying a different takeaway, but we were all really really happy with the food we had from New Asia. We will definitely be back. Four very happy bunnies! Ordered through Just Eat, given a collection time and food was ready when we arrived; order was accurate.
I don't normally order from here and after this evening's experience I know why. The food was ready to collect on time which is the only positive thing I can say. The chilli salt and pepper chips were wet and mushy. Absolutely horrific in fact and i threw them away. Salt and pepper tofu - tasteless and also soggy. Rice - burnt. All in all awful food - AVOID
The worst Chinese Takeaway ! I called them to order a soup and King prawn fried rice noodles...After ten minutes of repetitive explaining the address and the order....the person who was on the phone told me that they will have to charge me two pounds...or God knows how much....because the order was under fifteen pounds....And she started shouting on the phone that ...I have to read the menu ...online... Excepting the RUDENESS ...I accepted the charge....The cherry on the top of the cake was that they said they need one hour for delivery....."Because they are busy. .!" The distance from they're Takeaway to the delivery address it's less than 100 yards..... ..... PURE CHINESE SHITY SERVICES AND RUDENESS !
Still waiting for my order, I ordered an hour before delivery at 5pm. Told delivery time was 6.30pm it's now nearly 7.30pm the phone line is constantly busy and can't get through to anyone not a great service. Wouldn't have minded if they explained or let me know.
I ate from here tonight, Kung Pao chicken with fried rice. Outstanding! Good service, food was well packaged and hot. And most of all, it tasted great! I would definitely recommend "New Asia" to everyone. And I will definitely be back!
We use this place most of the time and the service is good but tonight I rang them up at 17.12 and the food came 18.55 so this ment I didn't have time to eat before leaving for work im very disappointed with them I will not be using them again
We have had take-aways many times. The delivery is prompt, the food delicious and always hot!! Would definitely recommend & enjoy!!recently
They got order wrong... i dont know how... it was simple enough... 3 chicken fried rice... One of us went hungry and they didnt even attempt to correct the problem... So i asked to complain and got nowhere atall! Absolutely shocking! If i could put 0 stars i would!
