I have had meals from Charcoal Grill, on and off for many years and they have been great. My children love the kids meals and great portions. Yummy. Munchie box’s are the bomb. Pizzas are great with brilliant service from the staff, any issues they try to rectify quickly. Delivery has been spot on too. I would recommend to anyone. No drama’s :

Not only their new website is poor, but they also charge for delivery and refuse delivery under £15 order, but they also don't know how to read the order... Ask for sauces, none on, ask for no onions, onions everywhere. Last time I order there...Food: 1/5
The best kebab shop in Worthing. The staff are friendly and always happy to chat as you wait. Would recommend their chefs special as well! Ordered from their website, got charged with a confirmation screen, arrived at the restaurant a little later and they had no record of my order, had no idea what the next steps were and were unwilling to help even seeing the confirmation screen. Never got a email, never got my money back, just disappeared according to restaurant.Food: 1/5
I had the worst kebab tonight i think i’ve ever had. The main ingredient tasted like grease. The salad was poorly distributed. It was impossible to eat it in the pita as that was under all the grease. It did only take about 60 seconds from ordering it to being handed it which is never a good sign! I will not be going back.Food: 1/5
